Is a deposit required?

Ans: Yes, a deposit of 20% of Total Fees.

Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

Ans: No unless you require something else that is not mentioned in the Package price.

How much does it cost to do a private tour?

Ans: Depending on the duration of the tour, its locations and pickup points. Prices can range from US $100 up.

What is the currency used for transactions?

Ans:  The main currencies are: Jamaican Dollars, US, Pound Sterling, Canadian or Euro. Other currencies are also accommodated, please call us to verify.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Do I have to make a reservation or i can just show up?

Ans: It is best to make reservations, this is for better time management of tours. However if you are in Ocho Rio you can contact Coopa Tours and he will be there ON TIME, YOUR TIME, EVERY TIME.

Do you do group Tours?

Ans: Yes

What us the minimum persons for your package tours?

Ans: 2 Persons

Do you do tours island wide?

Ans: Yes

What if the tour is affected by bad weather?

Ans: Reschedule the tour for another day if possible. If the bad weather persist and the tour cannot be conducted in such weather before pickup, a full refund will be most reasonable. However, if you were picked up for your tours and bad weather begins, maximum refund will be 80% of the tour cost. Minimum refund is subjected to both parties coming to an agreement.
