Refund Policy:
You can receive a full refund if you cancel your excursion at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date and time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the excursion are not eligible for a refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations: We offer a full refund if your tour is canceled due to inclement weather and cannot be rescheduled. A full refund will also be issued if your cruise ship is unable to dock due to adverse weather conditions.

No-Shows: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
