No Surprises.

Cancellations, payment, weather, pickup — everything you need to know, written in plain English.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations work:

  • 24+ hours before tour: Full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
  • 12–24 hours before: 75% refund. The remaining 25% covers driver scheduling.
  • Less than 12 hours: 50% refund.
  • No-show: No refund. Please let us know if anything changes — we'll always work with you.

Weather Policy

Jamaica weather is mostly sunshine, but tropical storms happen. If a tour is unsafe to run due to weather, we'll either reschedule (no fee) or refund in full. Light rain doesn't stop us — bring a poncho and we'll roll.

Payment

  • A 30% deposit is required at booking to secure your date.
  • Balance is paid at the start of your tour — cash (USD or JMD) or card.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer.
  • Prices are in USD; JMD pricing available on request at the daily exchange rate.

Pickup & Punctuality

We arrive 5–10 minutes before the agreed pickup time. If you're running late, message your driver directly (we'll send their WhatsApp the day before). For airport pickups, we monitor your flight automatically and adjust accordingly.

Tipping

Tipping is appreciated but never expected. If your driver/guide goes above and beyond, 10–15% of the tour price is customary. Cash is preferred.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to deliver your tour: name, email, phone, group size, dates, pickup location. We don't sell or share your data with anyone outside our team.
