By booking a tour or transfer with Coopa Tours Jamaica ("Coopa", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book.
All bookings require a deposit of at least 30% of the total price at the time of confirmation. The balance is due at the start of your tour. Prices are quoted in USD and inclusive of all listed inclusions.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Coopa.

Coopa Tours is fully licensed by the Jamaica Tourist Board and carries comprehensive liability and vehicle insurance. We are responsible for the safety of our vehicles and the conduct of our drivers/guides.
Activities such as cliff diving, river rafting, and waterfall climbing carry inherent physical risks. By participating, you accept these risks. Coopa is not liable for injuries arising from your voluntary participation in adventure activities, except in cases of clear negligence on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest behaving in a way that endangers themselves, our staff, or other guests, or who is excessively intoxicated. No refund will be issued in these cases.
During tours, our drivers may take photos for sharing with you afterward. By participating in a tour, you grant Coopa a non-exclusive license to use these photos for marketing purposes (website, social media). If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your driver know at the start.
Coopa is not liable for failure to perform any tour due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or acts of war. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or refund at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved in Jamaican courts.
