






FOR HOTELS: We pick up all travelers at your hotel Lobby.
For Cruise Ship Passengers: You will be picked up inside the Cruise Ship Port or at the gate exiting the Port. You will identify your driver by the Company's Sign and Logo as listed on your booking confirmation email.
Upon booking confirmation please reach our to us to confirm your pickup instructions as we will do the same as soon as we able to.
If there's any difficulty reaching out to us you can call the number on your booking confirmation email or ask port Authorities to call us.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
